Neerja launched Neerja PR to bring together her two passions; her love for South Asian culture and community combined with media and events. Now with 15+ years of experience in Marketing and PR, Neerja has successfully provided imaginative promotional campaigns for hundreds of clients. Born in India, and fluent in Hindi, she integrates traditional values with modern-day culture to create campaigns that target multi-generations. Neerja works to serve the brands and talent that are underrepresented in mainstream pop culture and champions the South Asian diaspora across industries with a focus on food, fashion, beauty, arts and entertainment.  Her roster of work includes parentships with Shopify NY, Google, Walt Disney World, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey,  Bungalow, Comedian Vir Das, Comedian Zarna Garg, Singer Composer AR Rahman and many others. Neerja is also an angel investor is multiple women of color owned business.

Neerja’s work is followed by journalists, influencers, celebrities, founders and the community at large. She is highly respected for her work and celebrated as a changemaker for the South Asian diaspora. Neerja sits on multiple Advisory Boards including the South Asian New York Fashion Week, The Jazba Collective – a non-profit dedicated to elevating South Asian brand, SALUTE - South Asian Leaders Unite to Empower (SALUTE) is a private, professional network dedicated to creating impactful connections between South Asian women and Peepul Advisory - a collective of world-class advisors and key experts in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, media, communications and PR. Dedicated to her clients, Neerja goes above and beyond to ensure her clients get the utmost visibility.

She has been invited to celebrate Diwali by Madam Vice President Kamala Harris at her home, as well as by Presiden Joe Biden to the White House. Neerja has rung the opening and closing bell at Nasdaq in New York City as well as The New York Stock Exchange. She is based in New York, and holds a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Neerja PR recently celebrated their 15 years of servicing the South Asian community on top of Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
